General Community

Yes! Parc on Jackson is a pet-friendly community that welcomes your furry companions. Residents can take advantage of a convenient self-service pet spa, making pet care easy and accessible. The community allows up to two indoor pets per apartment (no exotic animals). A non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required for the first pet and $400 for each additional pet, along with monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

Parc on Jackson offers thoughtfully designed apartment homes in Downtown Dallas with a variety of layouts to suit different needs. Options range from one-bedroom apartments starting at 667 sq ft to spacious two-bedroom apartments as large as 1,230 sq ft, providing comfortable living with flexible floor plans.

Applications can be completed online or in person through the Parc on Jackson leasing office.

Applicants must provide proof of income and proof of identification. Applicants must earn at least three times the monthly rent to qualify.

No. Parc on Jackson does not offer affordable or income-restricted housing options.

Yes. Parc on Jackson charges a $75 application fee, a $250 administrative fee, and deposits ranging from $250 up to one month’s rent.
